Nigga help me out, i can get free Bimax via public healthcare but i would have to get surgery in a public hospital, and i live in Chile, have you heard anything good about chilean maxfac surgeons? do you know anyone? there's a maxfac called Luis Quevedo that has been with Coceancig, Raffaini, and some other well respected doctors but he only works private and i can't afford it rn even thought it would only cost me like 10$K w him im studying engineering and i can't work, should i just try to save up or gamble with this public healthcare surgery and maybe get botched? or is it an exaggeration when ppl tell you that you're better off getting surgery in a private clinic in mumbai instead of in a public hospital anywhere
