it’s day 3ish. 35% h202. my curing light didn’t work so i decided not to use a barrier. I didn’t have a mouth opener, and in day 1 i burned my gums bad, as you can see my gums are white from chemical burn. Instead of a mouth opener i used an empty roll of toilet paper and stuck it in my mouth it worked great because before i kept closing my mouth and burning the inside of my mouth.

PROGRESS ATTATCHED. I will keep doing for maybe 4 days ig. i know how to do now so no chemical burns

where did u get the h2o2? and does the chemical burn hurt badly? can you eat and drink with no issues?

yeah it was pretty fine, the pneumo thread was overreacting. I could eat & drink 100% fine. brushing teeth hurt a teensy bit. Definitely stung like a fuck ton whilst it was burning tho.

Source is aliexpress just search hydrogen peroxide 35% or whatever and it will come up, it was so much simpler then i thought.
