i’ve (25m) been on and off with surgeons since 2016 about this procedure. every single doctor goes “yup, ideal candidate, gogogo” but then i chicken out. one of the more well-known surgeons in our community specifically said buccal fat removal + chin widening is all that should be done for me

earlier this year i even had a deposit and a surgery date but still canceled — i just can’t tell if surgeons are trying to make a quick buck with this sorta stuff

ik i’ll never be a model or anyth, i’m just trying to maximise my personal and professional outcomes by edward scissorhands-maxxing — do you guys recommend buccal fat removal for me, just based off of your own experiences and knowledge?

i think we have similar issues where our lower third is a bit rounded instead of sharp leading to feminine faces. What body fat are you? You don’t obviously seem like you have high Buccal fat. It looks like high body fat and potentially Buccal fat
