i got a weird combination, complete subhuman body with higher t face compared to my body

this is me skinnyfat & bloated face, eating 1 fast food meal a day filled with sodium&carbs with 0 exercise or working out overall, just rotting




vs me a bit bigger while i worked out at a higher bf% + higher muscle mass ratio



now i am back to skinny again due to stopping working out

i need to find a middle ground so i don't look completely subhuman and so my face matches my body

what would you recommend that i do?

I suggest more back movements and face pulls at least.
