Gonial/lower ramus area "progress" so far (about 2 months)
*NOT* claiming permanent changes since I am still in the process with this whole area and am actively keeping the swelling alive. But recently I finally felt hard lumps forming in this part of the corner I had been targeting the most. Seems we have scar tissue building up successfully unless it actually is a hematoma.
9% bf and debloated, before. Weak gonial area always really limited me and my lower third even when super lean.
closer to 10-11% (few lbs more) and mostly debloated, now
slightly lower angle, trying to replicate the side head tilt, but the difference in width and robustness I've been working towards should be obvious. Again still largely swelling at the moment.
again, before about 2mo ago, 9% shredded. the harsh inward curve at the jaw angles from the front was a real limiting looks factor even when shredded and resulted in my side profiles and 3/4ths always looking way better than the front.
Now, again a bit less lean. Still asymmetric though it always has been; am trying to correct this though.
Another before pic from last summer, I'd say about similar leanness to now, similar weight
I am determined to square up and widen these fucking corner areas
Bonus, chin changes frauding forward growth via more mass and forward projection:
Before, semi lean
Before, chiseled abs
Now, roughly similar to above pic
A couple months ago at leanest point
Being as shredded as possible really helps minimize recession visibility, but it is beyond just that
Bonus 2:
