Gonial/lower ramus area "progress" so far (about 2 months)

*NOT* claiming permanent changes since I am still in the process with this whole area and am actively keeping the swelling alive. But recently I finally felt hard lumps forming in this part of the corner I had been targeting the most. Seems we have scar tissue building up successfully unless it actually is a hematoma.
9% bf and debloated, before. Weak gonial area always really limited me and my lower third even when super lean.

closer to 10-11% (few lbs more) and mostly debloated, now
slightly lower angle, trying to replicate the side head tilt, but the difference in width and robustness I've been working towards should be obvious. Again still largely swelling at the moment.
Screenshot 2026 02 13 at 111029AM

again, before about 2mo ago, 9% shredded. the harsh inward curve at the jaw angles from the front was a real limiting looks factor even when shredded and resulted in my side profiles and 3/4ths always looking way better than the front.

Screenshot 2026 02 13 at 111059AM

Now, again a bit less lean. Still asymmetric though it always has been; am trying to correct this though.

Another before pic from last summer, I'd say about similar leanness to now, similar weight
Screenshot 2026 02 13 at 111142AM

I am determined to square up and widen these fucking corner areas

Bonus, chin changes frauding forward growth via more mass and forward projection:

Before, semi lean

Being as shredded as possible really helps minimize recession visibility, but it is beyond just that

What was the BS zygos routine like? Did you do it everyday and till a hematoma forms, any breaks?

how much forward growth. probably will retract when you stop mashing

I am less lean now. I got rly shredded before which just uncovered inward gonions and a lower third that was too narrow and weak at the corners

For perceived chin projection this does help a LOT although mine was a combo

Well those chin pics in the after are after many many months of not hitting it. So the jaw is mostly swelling besides the two small hard lumps in the main spots I am working on which recently became noticeable beyond doubt which I can feel. But this chin is mine to stay

Idk if this works via the subperiosteal hematoma ossification mechanism (has its challenges in practice) or just scar tissue buildup deposit in response to the damage. But I have permanent changes that have ascended me in some areas and it is time to see how far I can push this for every bone

Routine for BS zygote? Also do you think BS under eyes is worth it for infraorbital recession?

how close to undereye? It is so soft-tissue heavy that it isn't ideal
I also have this lasting skin damage from trying to do it too much on the inner part of the cheekbone as well where it was almost more the midface

Like on the infras? Below the lower eyelid. But you said too much lateral projection of your cheekbone wasn’t ideal

yes, watch out for the lateral part, which seems to grow really easily as well. mine did not used to project out anywhere near this far and now they do a bit too much, which only becomes more apparent when lean and was a big problem with my narrow lower third until I started training that.

I think some people have done below the eyelid, and I did it here with knuckles but not too hard. I can't tell if I got any growth here or not but I didn't focus on it that much.

The area like an inch below the eye pupils on both sides is where I have some mild discoloration damage still, something vascular, makes these tiny aeas look slightly darker and a bit off.

But this is the ultimate "fuck around and find out" thing at the end of the day. You can certainly try this. don't use hammer there though, use the pointer and middle fingers on each side if that makes sense

DM'ed you an invite to the discussion group I made for this
This stuff should tbh be semi-gatekept from the dickheads on here who will eventually want to try it once there are enough people with solid before/afters, because they don't deserve to later benefit from our hardcore experiments and research and efforts when they just want to act like we are retarded copers and comment "dnr" and "cope"

Idk what Clav did and I just had a post in the group speculating about why he did not seem to get cheekbone results, since there is not a clear answer for this

And yup, time to keep this gate fucking shut, maybe showing before/afters here to continue giving dissonance to deniers, but screw putting help out there just to get trolled by idiots

Full face before 11-12%bf. I never had any hollows in any lighting whatsoever, even shredded.

Idek what else to say. Filler or implant-tier changes to chin, cheekbones, and now increasingly to the gonial-ramus area to square up and widen the lower third, which I should have focused on earlier.

the more proven before/afters we can get the better
this is not hard to do and I need more people trying it properly

I used it for 6 months and the results were insane. My cheekbones and chin also grew noticeably larger. I highly recommend it.

bc I did this off on from 19.5 to 23 and even after a lot of roids for a year and being newer to bonesmashing my chin was still tiny and pointy, and also bc only recently did I start the gonial-ramus area to square it up, to natural bone growth just doesn't align with my timeline in terms of age and PED use and bonesmashing history

changed/changing my life
and the thing is, I thought I would need a custom implant area for the spot kinda right under the eyes next to the nose, like some sort of submalar implant. but I retried the orbital area today, knuckles using the middle section of the pointer fingers with hands in fists. 1 session and it is swelling under there like a mild lump. If I can keep doing it while avoiding vascular damage and keep that swelling alive until either ossification or some sort of scar tissue augmentation response, then I may be able to ascend way further by addressing this weak area now
