Last night, hot room which vasodilates and swells face for me + super low sleep which contributes to a bloated face and with high cortisol
At NIGHT when I’m most debloated AND in lighting that often does my angularity or features max favors
And this is WITH starving until 5pm, 1 carnivore meal 600-700cals; should have been debloated AND post bonesmashing swelling which usually helps angularity ofc…

Take sleeping pills, good sleep, wake up starving again, caffeine pill to push until lunch.
Was debloated even RIGHT AFTER WAKING when ur always puffier before getting leaner throughout the day. Debloated in worse lighting than above not clenching etc

Just ur daily reminder it’s hardly only a question of bodyfat. Salt/carbs, cortisol and sleep, histamine, heat, etc

i agree about the starvemaxxing part 100%, but only once your done growing, or else its not worth cutting your nutrient intake

also it was hot as fuck yesterday night that pissed me off

$200 portable AC unit with exhaust hose is saving me, just wasn’t using it then

yeah i have a portable ac too had to use it last night, havent used it in a while so i had to set it all up again, was pissing me off jfl. was hot as fuck.

Interesting you mention 0 carbs a lot, I think a balance needs to be found here, especially with the type of carb and the timing of when someone eats them. Are you still lifting?

imo these isnt a "safe" age but its more like whenever your happy with your bone growth, and willing to sacrifice more bone growth for being lean

thats how it was for me, ive never cared to be lean until right now, at 20 years old, because i never cared to be lean until i got my rhino JFL

Interesting you mention 0 carbs a lot, I think a balance needs to be found here, especially with the type of carb and the timing of when someone eats them. Are you still lifting?
my diet is eating red meat and fruit for most meals, occasional chicken, occasional fish, occasional carbs like white rice, and occasional fats like avocado. for drinks i like to do milk/coconut water aside from drinking a lot of water during the day. curious on your thoughts on my diet specifically, aside from supplement usage

I think the bone growth, excess calorie thing is heavily overblown. As long as you’re getting enough protein and micronutrients shouldn’t make any difference if you stay lean.

I’m also 20 as well, started leanmaxxing at 19. Never bothered before as I didn’t have enough muscle and would look like a twig.

the more nutrients you get the more your bones will grow, i would say at very minimum if your cutting while your still growing in height you are absolutely retarded.

But raw milk is fucking horrible for my skin it seems, I put up with it for a while because I liked the convenience of being able to drink calories, but summer is soon and I can’t afford to be walking around with these cow hormone induced spots on my face.

Reintroduced white rice into my diet recently and cut the raw milk and I don’t think I’m getting any noticeable water retention. I’ll have to monitor more though.

mirin diet, yeah fuck the milk

eat fruit now that its getting warmer outside, the warmer it is the more fruit you can handle

your body can digest fruit very easily during warmer stages

Yeah I usually have some frozen fruits in a shake with some raw eggs, dash of raw milk and honey. Can get down like 12 raw eggs this way.

This isn’t even on some primaltard shit it’s just genuinely easier and more convenient to eat them raw rather than spending time cooking and washing up.

Raw milk worst for histamine so I tried things like A2 lactose free milk or goat milk but it all inflamed skin and face, not worth mild IGF spike
Plug tho IGF helps in some regards it bloats you

yeah not prioritizing muscle I do lift but no one really needs them
Apparently some of these genetic tests you can do say if you run best on a given macronutrient bias
But with 1 gram of salt being 4 grams water retained and 1000mg sodium being like 3L water supposedly, I just can’t
