even surgeron can't tell how this jaw implant will results.. he told me maybe great maybe foolish, nobody can predict soft tissue reaction

give ur thoughts on it

I think the curve is too wayy much
going to look comical
this is not how normal ramus looks like, even the people with really flared gonions have much less of a curve

also I think I'd go lighter on the lateral projection too
you're nearing 1 ratio to zygos, but that could be too much

pretty wide zygo
also if your zygo is too wide, getting the jaw to match it is a big mistake

jaw should not be wider than your temples

you can DM me to discuss wide zygos further, I'd need to see your face to tell
I also have wide zygos

i have very thick skin i don't assume the curve gonna be that much
I'm aiming a very wide jaw, a 90 to 95 % zygo/gonial ratio.

i was concerned about the lower third shape, i don't how it will look..
on photoshop the size looks like this but, it's pixel

God, people seem to have zero understanding of aesthetics for a site supposedly dedicated to looks theory. Your zygos should be wider than your jaw and your jaw SHOULD BE WIDER than your temples.

I agree with Giorgio that the upper posterior ramus likely needs to be augmented in order to create a more lifelike transverse relationship.

I generally recommend three - piece implants over wraparounds. I also don’t recommend perfectly straight angles. The masseter muscles will sit on top and create roundness. The jaw angles need just a bit of flare to create sharp angles visually with soft tissue taken into account. Three piece implants also tend to create more natural results with less bone resorption. Also be sure to use PEEK, not silicone or medpor.

Considering the fact that you say you have a “weak chin” it’s likely you’d need jaw and chin advancements rather than implants in any case. You need to fix the foundation of the building before beautifying the facade, otherwise your results will never look natural or achieve the same outcomes.

yeah but i don't want to bimax it takes too long.
Also i juste want to improuve a bit.
I'm getting chin implant, it's not the problem

problem is with them angles.. even surgerons can't tell the needed size.
Can't you draw a point where the angle should land ?

Putting implants over a recessed foundation is going to make you look botched and uncanny as hell. I don’t even know why I’m bothering to entertain this level of delusion but here:

I can’t draw or morph anything properly so here are some well designed jaw implants for your surgeon to copy (send to an engineering firm to copy)

i'm not recessed, i'm just narrow, you get that ?

implant shape is weird ? im not that dumb, i've seen thousands of jaw bones since then..

but implant can go over mid ramus, all surgerons tell this.
They can't replace your entire mandibule, they just can enlarge it.

that's why i'm fucking lost, cause otherwise ofc i would place a straight ramus like the pics

i just can play on the width but it's not naturel so there's not landmark or harmony help

Thanks for posting this I haven’t been able to find good gonion implants that implement flare.

Do you have a resource that shows good jaw angle implant designs or good implant designs in general?

What about gonial angle implants + a genioplasty?

what about this ?

Yo how did u find out u have thick skin? How can i know?
man you are screwing my topic, just create one yourself !
have some respect, i'm already struggling for help

When I had my looksmaxxing journey, my surgeon told me genioplasty is better than an implant when feasible because it pulls the soft tissue forward and looks more natural. That and its your actual bone instead of silicone.

We can tell from your 500 posts on this 1 question

Do you create a new thread when even 1 comment is off topic?

Tbh you do look recessed. Do you have side profile pics? And xrays of your bite?
i'm not recessed, i'm at the limit
with wider angles and a bit more chin i'd be Ok

but i won't do bimax, bimax only for them who have nothing to lose.

You are recessed, and not a small amount from this implant design and head CT. If he does nothing on your mentolabial fold you will look very comical with that chin implant. Also need to see where your lower lip lies for better acessment. I would 100% NOT do this chin implant it will look very bad. Also would change surgeon as he seems to have no eye for aesthetics

This is what that chin implant will probably achieve
