I curl 20kg for 25 reps for the front. 10x50 for the back. Also started with the side neck a couple of weeks ago, 10kgx50.
My neck was a tiny pencil type. To bad i didnt take any pictures before.

whats ur neck size in the narrowest point?
 
Those pics aren’t really a good angle. Do you have any from further away where we can see your face or at least lower jaw?

Nah I think your hair is good enough to hide the skull shape, yeah it's noticable on pictures but irl not so much with that hair

Crazy progress though. No idea how you're doing 20kg on your neck. Any sleeping problems? Heard people have gotten that from training neck...

Yeah tbh i think i have gotten sleep apnea. Sometimes in the night i wake up with heart racing and the feeling of choking.
Not sure if its just my stress/depressions or really sleep apnea.

damn... so it's true.

Just going off of what I remember but try strengthening your tongue and your suprahyoid muscles. That may help ease the problem.

Tongue chewing for the tongue and head extension swallowing exercise (HESE) for the suprahyoid muscles.

Probably exercising the wrong muscle.Sleep apnea is absolutely brutal and should be avoided.

You are overdoing it. Im curling with 10kgsx20reps for the front and already at the verge of being too wide to be aesthetic.

I used to do 30kg and my neck is tiny. 10kg I don't even feel. And yes I'm only using my neck trying to keep good posture during the whole set
 
Meanwhile I have concluded that my neck would need to be in the 19-20 inch range to be even with the width of my face
