I'm also 177 cm height, weigh 65 kg and have a visible six pack. So, I assume if you drop to 65kg too, you'll see it as well.

Just work out ur abs via sit ups planks and leg lifts and then you’ll look more toned at a higher bf

It's more healthy and a 48h water fasting is useless bcz you will still eat like a pork after.

from own exerpience around 13kg to have pretty flat stomach up to around 17-18kg if really low bf abs visible under every lighting

water fast is legit, but IF 22/ 2 is better and more sustainable.
I reduced my cholesterol with IF ( and eating right, obv ) and no longer look like a potato faced virgin

This is suicidefuel for me to hear. I'm 177cm and have been cutting and got down to about 90kg, but I can only grab about as much fat as OP, not much more

Try building some muscle you fucking twink. At 73kg and your height you could easily be completely shredded, no fat whatsoever, veins on your abs, jaw and cheek bones showing... just put in the work.

Consistency max with low carb, high exercise, high protein, energy deficit, sauna for hormetic stress adaptations, cold showers, resistance training, HIIT. Watch every video on the SiimLand channel. That channel helped me lose 40lbs while keeping pretty much all my muscle. Changes only happen over an extended period of time. If you're expecting actual changes just from water fasting then you won't get anywhere. Fasting is really beneficial and has its place. But getting fat/keto adapted and balancing mTOR/AMPK, getting enough autophagy, sunlight, exercise, sleep, activity/interaction, healthy consistent diet etc is what'll work long-term. If you're looking at "doing a gimmicky thing" and expecting everlasting changes then you'll just keep being disappointed. You want a system not a target, because that system could take you further than any target you could create rn that you find to be within the bounds of realism. Don't set end goals/deadlines/arbitrary requirements. That'll work against your congruence and will hinder the potential of the positive changes you can otherwise achieve. Just keep focusing on consistency and improvement and learning new things & acquiring new skills that'll propel the rate of your improvement and solidify your ability to be consistent.

Miałem podobny brzuch do Ciebie kilka lat temu jak tak na to patrze teraz, tak jak gość ^ wyżej powiedział bez ćwiczeń chuja z tego będzie. Rób jakieś chociaż podstawowe ćwiczenia przez 5 minut dziennie, tak stricte na brzuch (coś tego typu ), 5 minut dziennie cie nie zbawi.
Do tego obowiązkowo dieta, bardzo mało węglowodanów (poniżej 50g dziennie najlepiej), dużo białka i tak dalej ale to chyba wiesz.
Jeszcze jak kase masz to możesz dorzucić spalacz tłuszczu i Ostaryne (SARM).

Właśnie mnie to wkurwia że jestem skinnyfat. Chce przynajmniej 5kg zrzucić bo siłownię prawdopodobnie pod koniec Mają wyjdą.

Walić ćwiczenia w domu, wolę poczekać na siłownię i walić allahy tak jak sie powinno.
Chodziłem 4 miesięcy i z 66kg wbilem na 73kg. Wtedy jak byłem 66kg to też jebany skinnyfat I mnie to demotywuje.

I am at 46 hours. Feeling better than before, hunger no longer attacks me. And I have decent energy.
