There it is. Two days of not touching anything but water. I've had multiple occasions to eat something, even my mom made me a tasty fish with potatoes, fucking thinking about it makes me hungry. But I did not eat a single calorie.

This is my plan: I am going to make it till 72hr (then go to sleep because that's midnight) and eat two boiled eggs at morning finally, then slowly break a fast with smaller meals.

I'll be doing three more 72hr fasts to make it 4x 72hr and test the results with pictures. In eating days I'll try to eat below my maintenance but not by a big margin.
If nothing impressive happens I'm going for 7 days hardcore fast but I really hope I wont have to do it.

60 hours update I feel weak, slow, only 12 hours left + few hours sleep till i can eat again.

I am definitely weaker than yesterday morning. Also managed to fap few minutes ago because of my high T libido
