that's post inflammatory erythema (PIE).

best fixes for this are azelaic acid, niancinamide, oxymetazoline, vit c and retinoids

These are 6+ years old, from teenage years when I had pretty bad breakout, so they aint fading by themselves

there's little acne holes or pockmarks and redness that's a bit deeper under the skin that aint fading away.

Since my acne is under control now, I kinda wanna do something little more aggressive.
