PIE/PIH marks after acne

I was doing 30mg accutane and i got some big acne marks of PIE and PIH afterwards, right now its summer in europe and im on 5mg accutane daily, The pimples of the PIE were formed on Febuary but these marks have been insisting since Final of April / Start of May and now I dont really know what to do to fade them they have been here for like 5 months, i see that they are kinda fading but very slowly, derma told me to used Epiduo 3mg, but i have been experimenting with Skinoren /Azelaic Acid 20% for this week and the next one and see how my skin reacts.
But i want to know someone that got experience on this and how do i fix this shit that ruins my health indicators halo

yeah but I have persistent ones so I prob gotta do sum light lazer for it you have better odds, I think lowdose accutane w tret is fine but some would disagree aslong as the accutane isnt frying ur skinbarrier u will be fine start with low strength tret aswell 0.025

Mine are probably more presistent they are big asf in the middle of my cheek and they have been here for like 5months and still very noticeable, idk what to do ngl im tired of looking like this
