I’m on accutane month 4, pretty much all of my active acne is gone but now i got like a mix of PIE and PIH marks.
What’s something i can do to heal them while using accutane?
Planning on doing tretinoin and azelaic acid after accutane.

Tret and azelaic acid work

But tbh if i were you i'd get chemical peel treatment, like prx or tca peels they work a lot faster

[i'm grey ignore it i have knowledge], you need antioxidants to remove PIE and SPF 50 to maintain results, BUY vitamin c LIPOSOMAL take 1000mg on an empty stomach, PAIR IT WITH NAC 1200MG to speed up results, if you don't use SPF don't try

Tret and azelaic acid you can only do after accutane, right?

Yea

I mean accutane is almost like tret just oral and stronger

But ofc u have to get ur acne in check before treating the scars/pie

Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just take normal C vitamin but maybe at a higher dose? Could you please also tell me why NAC and vitamin C would even work?

lol this steroid user is kinda based tbh

normal c should def be cheaper, but that liposomal stuff might actually absorb better for the pie fight. idk about the nac science but they say it helps with oxidative stress so maybe that's the angle. spf is non-negotiable though, fr. if ur not slathering that on you're just undoing ur work
