I just started using Tretinoin 0.05% about a week ago. I don't notice any burning, pain or excesive peeling and etc. So after this I am thinking to moving up to 1%. I use tretinoin 5 times a week at night on business days. I am also thinking of using azelaic acid 20% on the same days as tretinoin so 5x a week every morning. My skin is not sensitive to tretinoin and all of these things, it tolerates it pretty well, so I dont know if its to much or what could I do more to fix it ASAP. Thanks!

Azelaic acid and txa are about the only treatments for PIE, what your doing should work, just be consistent and patient for results, if not ive had good experience with the anua niacinimide 10% and txa 4% serum for PIE
