Pigmented upper lip

I read the guide on BOTB but just says how to get thicker lips, I want to have natural lips color my upper lip is pigmented and the down lip is pink (normal) I have been using Vaseline with 15 SPF in lipstick for 2-1/2 months, but it just keep them very hydrated but doesn’t quit the pigment lip like it’s supped to do, what else should I buy or do
-I already do the honey and sugar method
-I also clean my lips with Toothbrush
Idk if aquaphor would work

Theres a cosmetic procedure that adds pink and red pigment to lips. Besides that theres nothing you can do besides maybe using hydroquinone and tret on your lips but its not recommended due to lips being sensitive and results will go away once you stop
