I have been on these calcium pills consistently for about 3 weeks now and I have noticed a visible change in my bone mass and my zygo visibility (they have increased in size), I was wondering what if I double the dosage because I am on 1 pill everyday atm, what would be the side effects if I upped the dosage to 2 pills a day? (Mom said no to peptides )
