I bought a special ergonomic pillow for $100 and I have to say my sleep improved and I can actually fall asleep on my back/side now (stomach sleeper)

worth it to invest in a good bed and pillow. for some reason I have been using the pillows that came with the apartment im renting even though they are cheap shit lol
