Does anyone know how to pillowtalk/initiate sex?

For context im 20 and in college and have little to no issue coming home with a girl. The disconnect is always once we’re in bed; they’ll be all over me obviously trying to initiate something and I’m just kind of there. It’s especially awkward the next morning once we’re no longer drunk and they realize that I’m quite aspie when sober.

I know a lot of users are khhv but if anyone experienced has tips it’d be appreciated
