Pimples after HC cream

I got a few small pimples on my nose after applying HC cream, I recently bought it so I've only applied it about 3 times, which is the day before yesterday, yesterday and today.

I only noticed them today.

Does this happen with everyone or should I stop or what?

Didn't notice that BIG Of a difference imo, mostly because of my jew bone structure.

1% HC btw.
