Pinched Nerve in my Neck

There's a pinched nerve around C5-T1, basically been debilitating my shoulder for the past year. It's gotten really bad the last month or so and I can barely do anything without it killing me. How tf do I fix this stupid shit

I'm thinking it's specifically C5 because I can only feel it in my rhomboid/lower neck

Thats prolly the brachial plexus, if u dont wanna do physical therapy like the other nigga said try ibuprofen or naproxen if that doesnt help then switch to cyclobenzaprine or methocarbamol if none of that works then go to a doctor or be a lil risky and use corticosteroids
