Is not unhealthy at all. Pineapple has a ton of vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. All that shit helps with things like blood pressure and digestion.
If I was at a restaurant as a primary schooler again, and was making my own pizza on the kiddy menu, I would always add pineapple if they gave me the chance, because it's tasty and a literal health booster no matter how healthy you already are.
Yes, the cheese itself makes you a bit bloated, but it goes away quicker than you would expect. By pineapple pizza, i'm talking about Hawaiian styled pizza, but I order from a Pizza Hut near my home and I think they've changed the menu from a month ago cause new year.
The reason I say all this is because I gained a few extra pounds last Monday morning when school started again (I browsed on mobile most of the week during recess/lunch), so i'm obviously gonna have all my current physique in check and keeping my body fit. Since then until today, i've water fasted throughout most of the day and limited myself to around three thermos worth of it. I've been a lot more green than I usually have too, but I won't weigh myself until tomorrow morning. I hope i'm 17% BF tops right now.
My mom doesn't cook for us on Sundays (she and my dad have an appointment tomorrow and are gonna be out the whole day until they come back at around 10:00 PM), so I usually make myself some high carb boring foods like baked potatoes or spaghetti with tomato sauce. I DO feel like i'm less bloated now, and my ramus looks Chad tier and better than ever before in the mirror. It's probably cope, but still. Cold showers too.
I wanna reward myself tomorrow again simply because I like the taste of pizza every once in a while, but my brother's gonna stay with me at home too whilst our parents at out and i'm gonna have to babysit and feed him since he's been lazin around on the console with new games. He's a still pretty chubby, but my preference might win me over. And even then, I always eat more than him despite his weight, but in that case it would be worse for me.
I just started going to the gym a few months ago but it's closed at the moment, so aside from morning walks I just workout at home.
@celmane (you know a lot about this)
