Ping pong is the best and worst sport to play in my opion.
My father enrolled me to play ping pong when i was little thinking it will help me loose weight and it did nothing. For loosing weight it's gotta be one of the worst sports because you only move around a big table from left and right for 2 hours or less. This is the only bad things i have to say about ping pong but excluding all of the things that i said its fun asf. I played it for 4 years proffesionaly and it was lots of fun, i have even attended competitions and won 2nd place in my club but i had to leave to focus more on school. The best exemple is Saint Hamudi from what i have seen is him at his ping pong club and he seem to be really happy. This is all that i had to say about ping pong.
