You can travel with test vials and syringes in your carry-on, testosterone (enanthate) has a half-life of around 5 days, meaning by the 2nd week it would be like being off test already, it's better to either do the first week before you go, and then do the 2nd one as soon as you come back and resume normal pinning, or just travel with vial and syringes, you can look up if it's legal in the country you're leaving/going to, but it's legal in the US and I've never had a problem with it.
