I have been prescribed Omnitrope by my doctor since 12 due to predicted shortness (both parents 5'8), taking nightly injections. My "ascension" was mostly puberty. Doctor said I have between half to a full year left on gh, lmk how to maximize forward growth in middle third (have already worn braces+retainer), as well as infra/zygo/brow growth as my eye area is my biggest insecurity. Not allowed to lift weights till off hgh due to fear of early growth plate closure jfl.
