so ive been pinning 1 mil of test 250 e weekly for a little over 2 months now and im boutta run out of the vial but im thinkin of when i finish this bottle i get another and pin every 2-3 days instead of doin weekly again, thoughts??

do it twice a week, enanthate is fine but cypionate is ideal bc slightly longer ester. you should be running it for a total of 16 weeks and 250mg is def on the low side ideally 350.

i think i’d meant to do every 3 days anyway no?
