Because an associates degree means nothing. Even kids who are getting out of college with 4 year degrees are working these kind of jobs because the job market is rigged and they didn't put enough thought into the fact that the employers they want are looking not just at the degree but intern experience and shit. Or they got some dumb creative arts degree. This leaves the trades which I've done a bit of or some certificate training but the trades still suck if you value your health and body just like warehouse shit. If you saw my resume you'd see how many low level positions I've done and even all that experience makes it tough to find a job
