growth hormone releasing hormone is what stimulates the pituitary to release gh, and is synergistic with ghrelin receptor agonists
megadosing these can cause pituitary hyperplasia which will allow you to produce way more growth hormone but it can very quickly spiral out of control into a pituitary tumour
