yeaahh room temp milk makes it fluffier for me

just made a homemade pizza ill tell you how i made it if any of you are interested:

2 cups flour and incorporated half milk and half water until a nice dough was made. some baking soda and salt, and olive oil. kneaded well then rested it for 5 mins.

cut up some onions, sliced meat, edamame cheese. if you use pre grated cheese, rinse off the cakey agent that covers the cheese.

roll out dough on gently floured surface into a rough circle. i couldn't find good tomato sauce so i used some puree and this wonderful chilli sauce my mum makes.

spread sauce evenly, you don't need too much. sprinkle 75% of cheese on top. add toppings. sprinkle the rest of the cheese, finish off with some mixed herbs or add it to the sauce layer

bake and sit by the oven until you feel it's ready

yeaah i put the dough in the oven for a little bit before actually putting the things on top, i forgot to write that

everything cooked and melted nicely+ ill try stuffed crust soon
