Would be nice to come back home from a hunt with my kids to see this and my wife smiling at me on the dinner table
Crust
Thin sourdough base (fermented 24–48h, gluten reduced)
Basic dough:
Knead → rest/proof → flatten into thin crust → par-bake 10 min at 220°C (430°F)
Sauce (No Sugar, No Preservatives)
Simmer briefly, spread on base
Cheese
Pepperoni (Cleanest Version)
Final Bake

Thin sourdough base (fermented 24–48h, gluten reduced)
Basic dough:
- 300g organic sourdough starter
- 150ml warm filtered water
- 1 tbsp beef tallow
- ½ tsp sea salt


- 6 tbsp organic crushed tomatoes
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste


- Raw grass-fed mozzarella
- Raw grass-fed Buffalo mozzarella
- Raw grass-fed Goat cheese

- Uncured beef pepperoni

- Assemble and bake at 220°C for 10–12 min
- Finish with raw olive oil drizzle & fresh herbs
