What I did:

MSE(I only turned it 50 times) + face mask => 2.5 months
invisalign(to close the gap created by MSE) => 9 months

What I'm doing:

invisalign(to correct asymmetry) => will last 5 months

I will do:

-) MSE, MSDO (to correct lower jaw stenosis) and facemask => We're getting MSDO this summer
-) Bimaxillary surgery with ccw (to correct downward growth)
-) Browridge and supra orbital implant
-) Rhinoplasty (to correct my wide nose)

Add under eye implants and canthoplasty, also gonion implants

Ima be real with you dawg, you are borderline subhuman compared to your own race and age.

I don't think the surgeries will bring you to HTN, but you can always try and prove me wrong.

bro believe me, I'm so determined to prove you wrong

Hmm the premaxilla looks a lot more forward grown than the infraorbital rim. The chin is also somewhat set back. Ramus is literally feminine at this point- enormous amount of tilt. Classic example of lacking forward growth and having systematic disharmony.

Could also correct mandibular asymmetry along side the bimax. I think the nasal radix could be deeper set as well- this can be achieved in part by the supras but could also do deprojection along with bridge narrowing.

Your cheekbones are quite low set- hard to see the lateral projection but I suppose a lot of high rated PSL aside from barret also don’t have prominent lateral definition.

Overall, decent plan

MTN max, maybe high MTN.

HTN seems too much on your base

Exactly what I thought. High MTN at the very most tbh, and that's after a lot of surgeries.

Hello ,how does one correct asymmetry with Invisalign ? what is the cause of said asymmetry?

I have very little asymmetry in my maxilla and mandible, but my malocclusion causes my chin to look very asymmetrical.

If the main cause of my asymmetry was my bone structure, surgery would be required to correct it.

My maxilla is asymmetrical aswell it also makes the jaw asymmetrical beware of mse as it can add asymmetry

Symmetry is only needed for modeling irl it’s never noticeable unless it’s really bad and you don’t look asymmetrical to me

Asymmetry is really noticable in pictures

It‘s a functional shift then, mse has symmetric force on an asymmetric space therefore increasing asymmetry

If the main cause of my asymmetry was my bone structure, surgery would be required to correct it.
Main cause of asymmetry is always bone or tmj, malocclusion is just a side effect.

No you‘re chin is just asymmetric, that‘s not caused by malocclusion

Htn is unachievable with you base

Did MSE widen your alar base?

very little
I was told that i needed RPE, but im sceptical about the change in alar base. Just got rhino so i dont wanna fuckup the results.

U have the flattest maxilla I’ve ever seen but ur pre maxilla looks good

short ramus and bad gonial angle and other characteristics lead me to believe u can only achieve mtn or high mtn if you add other stuff
