Get MSE with , use Copeandrope's device in conjunction with facebow during treatment, after MSE is removed make the infra-orbital appliance used by @nelson, continue using facepuller.

Also, if the mandible will not advance forwards without contact between teeth, would using trays fitted with hooks to attach rubber bands to keep the top and bottom teeth in perfect occlusion work? I have invisalign right now and I have rubber bands connecting from my upper canine teeth to my lower frontal molars.

The rubber bands might be recessing your maxilla currently
