(Not that anyone cares, but I wanted to write these down so that I don't pussy out within days)
I can't get my hands on any PEDs because I live in a fucking third world country with customs laws that makes Kim Jong-Un shit his pants out of embarrassment
SKINMAXXING
- Beta-carotene from carrots and min. 1 hour of sun exposure in summer
- Cutting out artificial sugars, seed oils, excess sodium etc. etc.
- Drinking min. 4 liters of water every day
JAWMAXXING
- Maximum 12% body fat
- Chewing mastic or falim every day for an hour
VOICEMAXXING
- Diaphragm breathing
- Neck training 2 times per week
- Humming and shit
- Developing an English RP accent (like this)
BODYMAXXING and STRENGTHMAXXING
- Carefully bulking until summer and cutting until fall, and maintaining the cut until 12% body fat
- PPLUL workout routine
- 5g Creatine
- 100mg Sildenafil
- Traditional framemaxxing
HEIGHTMAXXING
- 3cm shoe lifts
- Plyometrics, playing basketball, sprinting, swimming
- 1 liters of whole milk every day
- 300mcg of Iodine
- Maintaining good posture
- >8 hours of sleep

LOW-INHIBMAXXING
- 160mg Propranolol
Think that's all, some other stuff are probably to be done as well but these are the one that I'll be most consistent with
