I made a thread yesterday in this but it was shitty and low quality so I’m making another. I’m currently 15 5,10 and mtn.

  • Clean gut health
  • Tretinoin
  • Vitamin C



Hair:
  • Shampoo 1-2x a week
  • Sea salt spray
  • Silicone scalp massage brush

Body:
  • Lift 3x a week UPPER,LOWER, FULL
  • Sleep 7-9 hours every night
  • Stretch every morning and night

Money:
  • Crypto
  • Sports betting
  • Part time job

since you lift 3x a week sprint 2x+ a week. try sprint in the sun. fuck a sunscreen use tallow.
