Currently sitting around the ltn-mtn range (started at sub-5)

Future hardmaxxes
(gotta save $ and do more research)

- Fat grafting for infras

- Genioplasty (gotta figure out what type)

- Custom jaw angle implants / filler (longer ramus and wider gonians)

- CO2 Fractional Laser ,for skin (idk if this is considered a hardmax or not but i lumped it in here bc its a procedure i plan on doing in the future, and it’s expensive just like everything else on here unfortunately)


Current softmaxxes

- Bonesmashing
chin + jaw corners (gonians + ramus) 1-2x daily, zygos + supras + browridges every other day or so (they require less frequency for “growth” / scar tissue build up and i get skin irritation easier in these areas anyways so i gotta be careful), also combining this w aspirin and other supplements like d3+k2, magnesium, boron, and taurine. after a few months results are slightly noticeable in all areas (most noticable in browridge, zygos, and chin since thats what ive been doing longest, i started jaw corners recently after finding @SpectrumAesthetics3 and since then i have noticed very small but motivating changes so far

- Neck training, Hyoid training, Massatter training, temporalis training, sphenoid training for symmetry, eye area training (not cope), + massaging frontalis and massatters

- Hard mewing 24/7 + intra oral face pushing for maxilla + zygos (works best after being in a warm shower) been doing a couple months, have seen small increase in maxillary forward protection and width, small increase in

- Skin
Tretanoin, Monthly dermabrasions to smooth out acne scars and reduce redness, Basic skincare routine, Semi-primal diet

-Hair
sun exposure on scalp, scalp massages, Styling to balance with facial thirds (growing out a long middle part) , Only shampoo occasionally as needed

-Brows
Aquaphor (am) , Brow serum + castor oil (pm)

- Caffeine serum (am) for under eyes (helps skin look better but still kinda cope)

- Lumify eye drops to whiten sclera

- Apply hydrocortisone cream to nose tip occasionally before going out to slim nose and make my mouth appear wider

- Improving natural test production (animal fats, sun, sleep, avoid endocrine disrupters, etc.) “just pin bro” not an option for me any time soon plus im more comfortable with getting surgery(s) to address specific falios to improve harmony

- Gymcelling, leanmaxxing, + other basic shit for health indicators (that sorta falls into ^)

have you noticed visible results as far as bone smashing goes? specifically gonials and ramus and zygos? also how is the neck training working for you? any before and afters?
