Plan to reach LTN

Im a fucking sub human now, im 5'6 and fat and ugly.
The fat part Is now about time since i fixed diet and i walk for exercise.
For my height,
Ill Just RAW liver, eggs, not much raw milk as It has too much Sugar.
My Plan Is to reach 5'9 from 5'6(my dad Is 5'8, my Brother Is 6'1).
For face, my biggest failo Is side pirofile bu if i lose some fat not too bad, still bad.
From the front im fine for LTN, again i Just have to lose fat.
For this im Just integrating the diet, i still ha e some slop, my biggest issue caffeine addiction, but im fading It out.
No meaning in rushing the diet change Just to fail.
For exercise, Just walk, im gonna be stress free, no cortisol, also ill try mild sungazing(not directly looking at the sun).

Objective, Just reach a point so when ill cope i wont feel to bad about myself.

ur trying to increase height, so dont focus on loosing fat, would be my advice

by improving diet ur metabolism should become efficient and lose fat naturally (to a healthy level) if u do it right
 
the sugar in milk (or any natural food like honey and fruit) is not bad, it is healthy

Yeah,thats what i was thinking After IQ research maxxing, losing fat Will stunt growth, even worse than being fat itself, so that why im trying to each liver and Just untill im full but not bloated

the sugar in milk (or any natural food like honey and fruit) is not bad, it is healthy
ok, maybe ill drink agains some milk, fruit i dont realy crave any other than pineApple some times, and honey not needed

ok, maybe ill drink agains some milk, fruit i dont realy crave any other than pineApple some times, and honey not needed
milk is best for height ans is also healthy

if your past puberty what you eat doesnt matter as much as your calories. 3000+ calories of salads will keep you fat so plz rope boyo

How do i know if im fully past puberty? Like for example i still dont have the bears all the males in my family have, my hands and feet have grown pretty good recently so my wrists look like twigs, also i think ive gained like 1cm or something

ur 5’6, no diet will boost your height so cut your calories and stop being a fat retard. your gonna waste your time cholesterolmaxxing because your height is genetic and your weight is lifestyle
