Im a fucking sub human now, im 5'6 and fat and ugly.
The fat part Is now about time since i fixed diet and i walk for exercise.
For my height,
Ill Just RAW liver, eggs, not much raw milk as It has too much Sugar.
My Plan Is to reach 5'9 from 5'6(my dad Is 5'8, my Brother Is 6'1).
For face, my biggest failo Is side pirofile bu if i lose some fat not too bad, still bad.
From the front im fine for LTN, again i Just have to lose fat.
For this im Just integrating the diet, i still ha e some slop, my biggest issue caffeine addiction, but im fading It out.
No meaning in rushing the diet change Just to fail.
For exercise, Just walk, im gonna be stress free, no cortisol, also ill try mild sungazing(not directly looking at the sun).
Objective, Just reach a point so when ill cope i wont feel to bad about myself.
