My heads been so foggy and Ive been so undecisive which has lead to me procrastinating if I actually pre-planned my day yesterday It would not be like this.

I agree. I laugh whenever I see people say "monk mode" and shit
It's no fucking mode or "escaping the matrix"; just build a proper fucking system and stick to the habits that will give you the most
