Planned DJS + genio (pics + X-ray) — honest opinions?

Had some good feedback already from r/jawsurgery and wanted more blunt/objective opinions here.


I’m considering going to Thailand around Feb next year with around $19k USD budget for double jaw surgery (DJS) + genioplasty. Mainly doing this for facial harmony and overall aesthetics.


Questions:
• Does Thailand seem like a good idea for DJS/genio at this budget, or would another country be smarter? (I'm based in Australia)
• Any surgeon/clinic recommendations?
• What would you rate me currently?
• Realistically, how much improvement could jaw surgery make — like +1 SD, +2 SD, or less?
• Any other procedures worth considering (if any), or is jaw the main issue?

you are not ugly, don't listen to these niggas. Your lower third is very soft. Get a trimax for a big defined jaw. Advancement+vertical and horizontal genio. And a longer haircut to hide your bad skullshape. You will ascend hard.

I agree, trimax will do you good.
Someone here went to Bangkok for bimax. Can't remember doctor's name and cannot speak to his skill either. You should look into it.
Brazil is another good option for cheap. They have a few blackpilled surgeons.

Lose some weight and do something about your hair. Low hanging fruits. You could fix ears too, simple procedure
