Il finally be done looksmaxxing after this most likely it should fix my recessed maxilla + bignose too (if it doesn't il get rhino)

Anyone with experience mind helping me i want multiple differing opinions rn i am thinking of ccw rotation but i am not sure of how many mms to advance my maxilla

perhaps i might even get a modified lefort 3 i can pics n shit along side with gymcelling il finally be a hightier chad

id appreciate any help il provide pics in dms as well

yo last yr u gave me some very helpful guidance on some stuff, im in the planning stage of orthognathic surgery + some other more cosmetic osteotomies and hope to start ortho relatively soon. can i pm u on lookism (if u still use that site) abt the plans i got from some surgeons?

Yes I’m just very behind on private advice. I still use lookism.
