Getting bimax covered on insurance in the UK. Need advice on my case though not had ceph or cbct yet. Quite limited on how many I can consult with but already had one who uses quite up to date techniques.
I'm a class 2 div 2, short ramus, high gonial angle, long face but no gum show. Obviously need ccw but wont impaction fuck my smile even more?
Also palate is narrow looking to get MARPE or SARPE prior to bimax.
Will be getting braces first to decomp
