What’s up with this line below my cheekbone, is that a sign of maxilla recession? My jaw now engulfs my cheekbones and my chin is missing lol. Hard to unsee, will beard fraud heavy in the meantime. Any jaw surgery advice would be lovely.

You are very recessed you need bimax + implants.
