planning on getting gear

I'm planning to do 250mg Test E a wk Tren but idk how much I should do and I want to do Anavar. But idk for that too going to go to a doctor to get labs done before.
let me know what I should get with those so I don't fuck my health. Of course im still doing research but I want to hear opinions too.

telmisartan and statins, thats what i used.
My gear was underdosed, i used i think 300 test and 300 tren i don't even fucking remember lmfao.
Always follow the protocols for a gear cycle, cause i didn't and i got moderate ventricular lvh

if he’s running sub 500mg roids he doesn’t need any labs
