No point in titrating test to begin with, but if you titrated anyways you should've been at 400-500 by week 4-6

Your natural production will go back to normal, increase your dose to 500 now, then do the rest of your cycle on 500. You can recover completely without pct, but since you do have some pct you'll be fine

That's not how it works. Suppression isnt relative to your dose, you already suppressed yourself as much as you would've if you were on 500, you just did it for no reason since you were doing trt doses.

Optional, you'll be fine either way, yes hcg helps with recovery but you'll still recover.
