I am at a point where I can finally start planning my surgeries. Since I most likely need a few surgeries - custom malar/orbital, rhino and jaw, I will have to focus on one by one, since each one is expensive in its own right. I have a unique case of narrow skull, closer-set eyes and a long midface. I have consulted multiple surgeons, and have been told I need cheekbone implants by all of them, so I will focus on that first. However, my jaw is also narrow, and the skin around my mouth appears to be saggy. It looks like I have jowls, but I can’t, since I am skinny and in my late 20s. Apparently, according to someone’s similar case, a surgeon explained that this is due to a narrow jaw. Now, since I also have a recessed upper face and generally a big lack of volume, would new volume from cheekbone implants provide support and stretch this saggy skin around my mouth, or is the only way to remedy this problem jaw implants? I will send pics in PM if youre willing to rate/assist, I would appreciate it. I can provide some objective advice back if needed.
