Best to just pay for Janoshik testing on anything you buy tbh. If you bulk buy it’s not too big an added cost. I’ve never had completely fake gear but I’ve had severely under dosed and at least with Janoshik testing completed you know you can just inject extra under dosed gear to get the right dose.

check vacumm, booil it, pregnancy test and just see if the bac water is dissolved instantly ( if it does then its probaly fake ) because real gh takes time to absorb.
