You decide to become a plastic surgeon. After 500 million years of studying you begin working

And now you have fucking pigs coming to you for minor surgeries thinking it’ll make them human
Most plastic surgeon patients are ugly af and you won’t be able to change that. You’ll have to see ugliness every working day

Sounds like hell tbh. Imagine doing stuff like that 24/7
