It seems that current plastic surgery and procedures has hit a wall where the best work can make someone look about mid 30s for a long while, up until their late 50s probably. It even arguably makes people in their 20s look mid-30s, and then freezes them there for a few decades. But it still cannot make someone in their 30s look late teens/early 20s (if they don't already genetically look it). What exactly is this wall, and what extrememaxxes might you propose to transcend it if any?
