Most common normie plastic surgeries:
Rhinoplasty (Legit looksmax, although a common issue is girls with a hooked nose due to being recessed, get a nose job instead of fixing the root of the problem (Recessed maxilla) not realising that the nose is just the cherry on top)
Breast implants (Most of the times it's a looksmin, as long as the woman is not completely flat it really doesn't matter, waist to hip ratio is much more important. But women are obsessed with having bowling balls for breasts so they get it anyway)
Liposuction (Legit looksmax but losing weight naturally is preferred is possible)
Hair transplant (Legit looksmax but most guys who get it are bluepilled oldcels who worry about balding but conveniently ignore all of the other features that make them unattractive, thus their increase in SMV is usually minimal)
Face lift (Common among middle age women who are starting to experience the effects of the wall and it terrifies them after spending their whole life on tutorial mode. It does help a little, but it's no miracle)
