plastic surgery is a science that isnt figured out, and it wont be figured out until at least another 20 years

so if you're reading this by that time plastic surgery is figured out and can actually make you ascending without you being insanely lucky and dedicating your life to research you'll be too old to reap the benefits, the best we can do for now is fix giga obvious failos ( which is much easier said than done ), but after you do that and its not good enough ( spoiler: it usually isnt ) you just throw shit on the wall and hope it sticks

but it wont be like this in 15-20 years - there will be insanely accurate prediction software by that time and surgeries being performed by machines, once you take out the variable that is the surgery execution from the equation you can have truly accurate predictions before the actual surgery which right now is completely impossible, not to mention that most children born in the upcoming years wont need surgery anyway as embryo screening will become really popular and better over time, and after that straight up gene modification

3D planning isn't as good as people think it is, rarely it predicts it well even Giant acknowledges this. The skulls themselves changing with movement I mean like wow bro so cool I wonder what I'm gonna do with this bullshit that 2D planning wouldn't show

Yeah, also if magic tech comes along that makes surgery non-invasive, fast recovery, cheap, and perfect accuracy, then it loses the advantage of doing it in the first place. If everyone looks perfect, then status gets signalled in other ways, and becoming chad becomes a baseline.

The whole point right now is that only a few people are willing to do it, and even then, it's rolling the dice with the most skilled surgeon. You can stack the odds in your favour with research, planning and picking the best surgeon, but nothing is guaranteed. Tbh, up to a point it's better there is no paradigm-shifting revolutionary tech because it is gatekept from normies. Even in the most blackpilled country in the world (Korea), where they don't even try to hide the lookism, it's mostly foids... <5% of men are getting surgery, and break it down most of the ppl getting surgery there are just doing eyelid surgery and other semi-hard maxxes.
