At the age of 25, I managed to save up a bit of money for some plastic surgeries. I know I have recessed maxilla, crooked teeth and barely visible cheekbones. Could anyone of you make an assessment of my face (I'll send in dms) and then provide a rating and potential surgery recommendations?

I already did once, and people said I'm decent looking, but my midface is a flaw. Also I deleted the thread because google indexes this website and some people were able to track me down by scanning my photos.
